Our pick of the summers produce are vibrant salads, fruity desserts and light main meals best eaten al fresco if the sun is shining! Our inventive chefs have put together some of their favourite summer recipes - Crispy Pave of Sea Trout served with jersey royals, fennel, broad beans and grapefruit, drizzled with a pistachio dressing and Pan Seared Duck Breast with puy lentils, parmentier potatoes, spring greens & a blueberry jus. Try our mouth-watering puddings such as Rocky Road Eton Mess - a delicious combination of rich chocolate mousse, chocolate brownie, crushed meringue, chantilly cream, butterscotch sauce & marshmallow. Or try something slightly ligher like our Tastes of Strawberries - a jelly, a soup, an ice cream and a panna cotta that all share the flavour that is so indicative of a British summer garden.
