We are nestled in the heart of the pretty village of Watton at Stone in Hertfordshire, ideally placed within easy reach of the A1 and the towns of Hertford, Ware, Stevenage & Welwyn Garden City. Our ambience is that of a local village pub, offering you a warm welcome, unassuming & friendly service and outstanding food. The pubs origins date back the 15th Century and at its heart a huge inglenook fireplace burns comfortingly during the winter months. We are open Tuesday to Sunday for morning coffees & pastries, leisurely lunches & light snacks, cosy evening suppers and traditional Sunday roasts - we look forward to welcoming you soon
